I’ve always dreamed of seeing Guilin’s karst mountains and Li River, so when I planned my China trip, I knew a Small Group Day-trip here was a must. I checked Trustpilot first—this company had dozens of positive reviews talking about “breathtaking views” and “caring guides,” so I booked without hesitation. And it was the best choice! Our group had 8 people, small enough that the guide, Lucy, could pay attention to everyone. We started with a Li River bamboo raft ride at dawn—the mist over the mountains was like a painting, and Lucy pointed out shapes in the karst peaks, like a sleeping elephant and a floating lotus. It was magical! Then we went to Yangshuo West Street, but instead of just letting us wander, Lucy took us to a local tea house where we tried osmanthus tea and learned about Guilin’s tea culture. For lunch, she recommended a family-run restaurant with stir-fried bamboo shoots and Li River fish—fresh and delicious, nothing like the tourist traps I’d feared. In the afternoon, we visited Moon Hill, and Lucy even helped me take photos with the “moon hole” in the hill—she knew all the best angles! The trip wasn’t rushed at all; we had time to sit by the river and just enjoy the quiet beauty. I left Guilin with a heart full of peace, and I’ve already told all my friends back in the UK to book this day-trip if they go to China. It’s not just a tour—it’s an experience you’ll never forget!

As a hiking enthusiast, Zhangjiajie’s quartz sandstone peak forest has always been my “hiking mecca,” but regular tour group itineraries are too tight to experience it in depth. So I didn’t hesitate to choose this company’s Tailor Make Itinerary service. During communication, I clearly stated that “I want to spend more time hiking in Yuanjiajie and Yangjiajie, avoiding tour group peaks,” and the customer service quickly provided an exclusive plan—their professionalism surprised me!
Guide Xiao Li is a native of Zhangjiajie and knows every hiking route well. He adjusted the departure time specially, so we arrived at Yuanjiajie at 7 a.m. At that time, the mountains were still filled with mist, like walking into a fairyland, and there were almost no other tourists, so we didn’t have to fight for photo angles. During the hike, he told the legend of each mountain peak, such as the prototype story of the “Avatar Hallelujah Mountains,” and helped me adjust my backpack weight to avoid physical exhaustion. At noon, we had lunch at a farm restaurant on the top of the mountain; the “Sanxia Pot” he recommended was spicy and flavorful, paired with local wild vegetables—it was delicious!
I originally worried the itinerary would be too tiring, so the customer service also thoughtfully added the Tianzishan Cableway to the plan to make the downhill easier. On the last day, I temporarily wanted to add the “Golden Whip Stream Bamboo Raft” experience, and Xiao Li coordinated and arranged it immediately without extra charges. This customized itinerary fully met my needs—it satisfied my hiking hobby without being too tiring. After returning to South Korea, I wrote a detailed PRODUCT REVIEW on a travel forum, and many netizens said they wanted to refer to my itinerary—this is definitely the best hiking experience I’ve had in China!

Growing up in Canada, I thought I was used to the cold, but Harbin’s winter still surprised me! I chose this company’s City Packages on Tripadvisor because reviews said their arrangements for ice and snow attractions were professional—avoiding crowds and offering unique experiences. It didn’t disappoint! The package included Ice and Snow World, Central Avenue, and St. Sophia Cathedral, with a fulfilling itinerary each day. Guide Lao Wang, a Harbin local, is very humorous. He told us lots of Harbin’s Russian-style history, like how the “bread stone” pavement on Central Avenue came to be and the story of St. Sophia Cathedral’s construction. When we went to Ice and Snow World, he rented warm down jackets and snow boots for us in advance and gave out hand warmers—so thoughtful! Inside, he took us to ride the ice slide and recommended we see the ice lanterns at night. The colorful lights on the ice sculptures were breathtaking! Lunch was Northeast iron pot stew—steaming hot, perfect for the cold winter. The itinerary also included a Russian-style Western meal at a decades-old Harbin restaurant, which was authentic, according to Lao Wang. The package was cost-effective with no extra fees, and the guide’s service was professional. I already left a good review on Trustpilot. If I come to China again in winter, I’ll definitely choose their itinerary!

As a history fan, Xi’an has always been top on my travel list. But I had specific needs: focus on Xi’an’s culture and history, avoid crowds, and have enough time to enjoy each spot. So I chose this Tailor Make Itinerary service. After the trip, this PRODUCT REVIEW is a must-read—this product is worth every cent! The customization was smooth. The customer service listened to my preferences; knowing I love archaeology, they added a special exhibition at Shaanxi History Museum (requires advance booking, they handled all paperwork). They also adjusted the itinerary to visit the Terracotta Army early to avoid crowds—game-changing! Guide David, a history grad specializing in Qin and Han dynasties, gave detailed and engaging explanations. He didn’t just talk about the Terracotta Warriors’ looks, but their production, Qin Dynasty history, even latest archaeological finds. At sunset, we went to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda; he told Xuanzang’s story, making the pagoda more than a building—living history. Meals were authentic Shaanxi food; I can’t handle spice, so they asked restaurants to adjust. The itinerary was flexible too—on day three, I wanted more time at Small Wild Goose Pagoda, they rearranged the afternoon for free. This isn’t just a trip—it’s a personalized historical journey. History lovers visiting Xi’an, don’t hesitate! Best travel decision I made this year!

I brought my wife and two children to travel in China; I most wanted my family to experience Guilin’s landscapes, but worried about the children getting tired and my wife’s halal food needs. When I saw the “family + halal-friendly” review of this Guilin Day-trips’ Yulong River route on Trustpilot, I booked it without hesitation—and it exceeded expectations!
Guide A Ming speaks fluent Malay; when he met us, he handed over small fans for the children (Guilin is a bit hot at noon) and helped carry the children’s schoolbags. The bamboo raft arranged was a double-parent-child raft, so the children could sit in the middle. A Ming checked the raft’s safety facilities in advance and walked along with our raft to explain (afraid the children would be bored sitting for too long, he also brought snacks to coax them). During the rafting, he pointed out the small fish in the water and the buffalo on the bank to the children, and told the story of “Guilin’s landscapes are the best under heaven” in Malay, which the children listened to with great interest.
Lunch was arranged at a halal farmyard; A Ming confirmed the halal source of the ingredients in advance. The recommended “steamed Li River fish” and “garlic seasonal vegetables” were light and nutritious, and the children ate a lot; after the meal, he also gave the children local small toys (bamboo-woven small animals), and my wife said “it’s more thoughtful than parent-child tours in Malaysia.” In the afternoon, when going to Yangshuo West Street, A Ming avoided crowded roads, took us through small alleys, and recommended a halal-certified sweet osmanthus cake shop—we bought two boxes to take back as souvenirs.
After the trip, A Ming also helped us call a shuttle bus to the airport and left only after confirming that the driver knew the hotel location. After returning to Malaysia, I wrote a PRODUCT REVIEW on social media, and many friends said “next time I take my family to Guilin, I will choose this one”—this Day-trip made family travel easy and also made us feel respected as Muslim travelers!

This Chengdu city package was perfect for tourists like us who want to travel轻松 (easily). The package included 3 nights hotel, Panda Base tickets, round-trip transportation, and a hotpot dinner. The best time to see the pandas is in the morning, and the package timing was perfect; we saw active pandas eating bamboo – so cute! During the free time in the afternoon, we explored Jinli Ancient Street ourselves using the map the guide gave us. The hotpot dinner in the evening was the climax of the trip; the ingredients were fresh, and there was a face-changing performance. The whole process required no effort from us; we just had to enjoy. Sobrang ganda! (Very beautiful!)

I took my parents and children to travel to Zhangjiajie, and was most worried about “difficult mountain roads + incompatible food tastes.” When I saw the “Thai-speaking guide + elderly and child-friendly” review of this Small Group Tour on Tripadvisor, after booking, I found that this was the easiest time I took my family on a trip!
Our small group had 8 people; guide A Feng is a local in Zhangjiajie and speaks fluent Thai and Chinese (my parents only speak Chaoshan dialect, and A Feng can also communicate simply). The itinerary arrangement was super thoughtful: considering my parents’ bad knees, he changed the “Tianzishan hiking” to cableway up and down, and only arranged short-distance flat road tours; he prepared a small backpack for the child, filled with snacks and mosquito repellent, and also brought a Zhangjiajie characteristic “bamboo-woven little monkey” toy—the child was happy throughout the trip.
When going to Yuanjiajie, A Feng found a viewing platform in advance and helped us take a family photo of the “Avatar Hallelujah Mountains,” and also taught us to adjust the “landscape filter” on the mobile phone. When I sent the photos to the Thai relative group, everyone asked, “Where is this fairyland?” In Jinbianxi, he took us on a niche route to avoid tour group crowds, and the child could feed small fish by the stream; A Feng told the “legend of Jinbianxi” in Thai, and my parents laughed happily.
The food was completely adapted to Thai tastes: A Feng knew we liked sweet and sour flavors, so he asked the restaurant to change the “Sanxia Pot” to tomato flavor; the recommended “steamed grouper with garlic” and “stir-fried seasonal vegetables” were light and not spicy, and my parents and child ate happily; after lunch, he also took us to eat “Zhangjiajie kiwi fruit smoothie,” made with local fruits—sweet and sour to relieve summer heat, more to my taste than Thai mango smoothies.
At the end of the trip, A Feng helped us call a “business car to the airport” and specially chose a model with a child seat; my parents forgot to bring blood pressure medicine, and he also helped us buy it at a nearby Chinese medicine store and explained the usage and dosage in Thai. After returning to Thailand, I shared this trip in the Bangkok Chinese travel agency group, and many friends booked the same small group—this Small Group Tour has achieved the ultimate in “elderly comfort, child happiness, and adult peace of mind”!

As an Indonesian Muslim, I’ve long wanted to take my family to experience the Tang Dynasty history in Xi’an, but worried about “not understanding historical explanations + difficulty finding halal food.” When I saw this Tailor Make Itinerary’s “Indonesian-speaking guide + halal customization” service on Tripadvisor, the 5-day customized itinerary after communication made my whole family fall in love with Xi’an!
Guide Xiao Yang speaks fluent Indonesian and Arabic; he confirmed the needs with me 1 week in advance: to avoid crowds, he arranged the Terracotta Army itinerary at 8 a.m.; considering the 5 daily prayers, he reserved 30 minutes of prayer time in the itinerary and checked the mosques near each attraction for us (such as “Lintong Mosque” next to the Terracotta Army). When visiting Shaanxi History Museum, Xiao Yang explained Tang Dynasty cultural relics in Indonesian, such as the “Silk Road story” behind the tri-color glazed camel figurine—even my 10-year-old daughter listened intently and actively asked, “How did people in the Tang Dynasty trade with Indonesia?”
We had no worries about food at all: at “Laosun’s Halal Restaurant” arranged by Xiao Yang, he would break the steamed bread for us for the lamb soup with steamed bread, and match it with non-spicy chili sauce; in the Tang Dynasty Never-Sleeping City, he took us to a halal food stall to buy “beef roujiamo” (beef sandwich), and my daughter ate two and still wanted more. The itinerary also thoughtfully added a “in-depth tour of Huimin Street,” but avoided commercial sections and took us to “Xiyangshi” where locals often go to buy halal mung bean cakes as souvenirs—affordable and authentic.
The most touching part was the details: knowing we are used to drinking warm water, Xiao Yang brought a thermos every day; when my daughter had a fever, he immediately took us to a nearby Muslim hospital and helped translate the condition; on the last day of the trip, he also helped us book a “halal Sichuan opera” performance and chose programs without pork elements. After returning to Indonesia, I wrote a PRODUCT REVIEW in the Muslim travel blogger community, and many fans asked me for the customization link—this Tailor Make Itinerary allows us to feel the history without worrying about faith and life needs at all!
