As a Malaysian Chinese, I chose the Shanghai city package, and it was really worth it! The package included 3 nights at a hotel (right near Nanjing Road!), the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel, a ticket to the 118th-floor observatory of Shanghai Tower, and a day of free time. The best part was the included night cruise ticket in Pudong; the light show on both sides of the Huangpu River at night was truly breathtaking. The guide also recommended an authentic Shanghai cuisine restaurant – the soup dumplings and sweet and sour pork ribs were delicious. Communication was entirely in Chinese, which was very亲切 (familiar and warm). All tickets were arranged in advance, so we didn't have to queue at all. Highly recommended for first-time visitors to Shanghai!

The Shanghai city package was great value! We visited the Bund, Yu Garden, Tianzifang, and even experienced the Maglev train. Our guide, Linda, was very thoughtful—she helped us avoid the crowds, so we enjoyed every attraction to the fullest. The Huangpu River cruise at night was the highlight—the night view was breathtaking. The hotel was near Nanjing Road, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The local food experience included in the itinerary was also fantastic—xiaolongbao and shengjianbao were unforgettable. The only suggestion is to add more cultural explanations, but overall we were very satisfied!

Growing up in Canada, I thought I was used to the cold, but Harbin’s winter still surprised me! I chose this company’s City Packages on Tripadvisor because reviews said their arrangements for ice and snow attractions were professional—avoiding crowds and offering unique experiences. It didn’t disappoint! The package included Ice and Snow World, Central Avenue, and St. Sophia Cathedral, with a fulfilling itinerary each day. Guide Lao Wang, a Harbin local, is very humorous. He told us lots of Harbin’s Russian-style history, like how the “bread stone” pavement on Central Avenue came to be and the story of St. Sophia Cathedral’s construction. When we went to Ice and Snow World, he rented warm down jackets and snow boots for us in advance and gave out hand warmers—so thoughtful! Inside, he took us to ride the ice slide and recommended we see the ice lanterns at night. The colorful lights on the ice sculptures were breathtaking! Lunch was Northeast iron pot stew—steaming hot, perfect for the cold winter. The itinerary also included a Russian-style Western meal at a decades-old Harbin restaurant, which was authentic, according to Lao Wang. The package was cost-effective with no extra fees, and the guide’s service was professional. I already left a good review on Trustpilot. If I come to China again in winter, I’ll definitely choose their itinerary!

This Chengdu city package was perfect for tourists like us who want to travel轻松 (easily). The package included 3 nights hotel, Panda Base tickets, round-trip transportation, and a hotpot dinner. The best time to see the pandas is in the morning, and the package timing was perfect; we saw active pandas eating bamboo – so cute! During the free time in the afternoon, we explored Jinli Ancient Street ourselves using the map the guide gave us. The hotpot dinner in the evening was the climax of the trip; the ingredients were fresh, and there was a face-changing performance. The whole process required no effort from us; we just had to enjoy. Sobrang ganda! (Very beautiful!)

The package included 3 nights at a downtown hotel, tickets to the Forbidden City and the Great Wall, all transportation, and a private guide. The guide, Miss Zhang, was incredibly patient and kind. She looked after my parents throughout, adjusted the walking pace, and explained everything in detail. She even taught my parents how to order food in Chinese! The arranged vehicle was very comfortable, and the driver was always punctual. A Beijing duck dinner was also included, which my parents loved. This package removed all language and logistical barriers, allowing my parents to explore Beijing with ease and comfort. They haven't stopped raving about the trip since returning. When touring Jinli, she helped us select halal food stalls and recommended sweet osmanthus cakes and almond tea—moderate sweetness, perfectly suited to Malaysian tastes. The most thoughtful part was that 15-20 minutes of prayer time was reserved during each day’s itinerary; A Ling checked in advance for mosques or quiet prayer spots near the attractions, so I didn’t have to worry about my religious needs.​ On the last day of the trip, A Ling also took us to a halal Sichuan opera teahouse, choosing “face-changing + fire-breathing” performances without pork elements—allowing us to experience local culture without violating our beliefs. The Chengdu city package we chose perfectly met all our expectations! It included tickets to the Panda Base, transportation, a very humorous guide, and an authentic hotpot dinner. In the morning, the guide took us into the base early, perfectly missing the crowds and securing the best spots to see the panda cubs. We took countless adorable photos and videos. We had ample free time in the afternoon at Kuanzhai Alley, and the guide recommended a very authentic tea house where we experienced Chengdu's slow lifestyle. The hotpot dinner in the evening was the highlight – fresh ingredients, adjustable spice levels, and accompanied by a fantastic Sichuan opera face-changing performance. The arranged hotel was located in the city center with convenient transportation. The entire package was worry-free, cost-effective, and full of fun, especially suitable for family tourists!
