My first connection with an online agency which I discovered on TikTok. Thankfully with the support from Kaia the agent I’m more comfortable with the itinerary plan. The feedback given was well received and she responded quickly together with the local agent Leo. Had two guides - one in Kunming- Dali ; second guide just in Lijiang. It was very different from the normal English speaking guide group I’ve experienced. The guides are from the minority tribe which was a highlight for me. My small young group was assembled locally from different agencies. I thoroughly enjoyed being in the random group of young people as I believe this only can happen in a non-English tour group 🙂. The places were gorgeous and we were mostly independent to choose our place of dining though the itinerary included a few group meals. Activities in the tribal village were interesting. I’ve booked two more tours with this company. That says it all 😊

We chose the Guilin tour after seeing recommendations on Tripadvisor, and we were not disappointed! The Li River cruise was like a painting, and Yangshuo's West Street was very unique. Our guide, Ah Ming, was enthusiastic and humorous—he took great care of us throughout the trip. We also tried bamboo rafting—the water was clear and the mountains were green, making us feel like we were in a fairyland. The hotel was by the Li River, so we could enjoy the landscape view right after waking up. The only downside was that the Yulong River rafting time was a bit short—wish it could be longer next time. Overall, great value for money and professional service—highly recommended!

The Guilin Li River day trip was the highlight of our journey! During the bamboo raft ride, the boatman sang folk songs, and our guide translated the romantic stories behind them. Lunch at a family-run restaurant in Xingping Town featured fresh beer fish. The afternoon cycling tour through rice fields and karst peaks was unforgettable – our guide took photos and explained everything. Despite the heat, iced towels and fruits were provided. No shopping pressure, just pure enjoyment of nature and culture. Highly recommended!

As a New Zealander, I am used to pure natural scenery, but the beauty of Daocheng Yading in Western Sichuan still shocked me! Since the hiking route in Daocheng Yading is relatively difficult, I chose this company’s Tailor Make Itinerary service, hoping to adjust the itinerary according to my physical strength—their professionalism completely exceeded my expectations, and this is definitely a service worth writing a PRODUCT REVIEW to recommend! During customization, I told the customer service that I have hiking experience but was worried about altitude sickness, and they immediately adjusted the route: on the first day after arriving in Daocheng County, they arranged for me to rest in the county with a lower altitude, then went to Shangri-La Town on the second day, and only started the short-distance hike (from Chonggu Monastery to Pearl Sea) on the third day. Guide Akai is a local with 10 years of guiding experience in Western Sichuan; he not only carried a first-aid kit and oxygen tank but also prepared high-calorie chocolates and energy bars to replenish my strength at any time during the hike. When hiking to Luorong Cattle Farm, it suddenly rained lightly; Akai immediately took out a raincoat for me and helped me adjust the waterproof cover of my backpack—he said “in Western Sichuan, the weather changes quickly, so it’s important to prepare in advance.” After the rain stopped, we saw the beautiful scenery of “sunlight on golden mountains”; the distant Xiannairi Snow Mountain was dyed golden by the sun, and this scene made me forget all my tiredness. The homestay where we stayed at night had oxygen supply equipment, and Akai would also come to check my sleep situation to ensure I had no altitude sickness. During the trip, the yak jerky and butter tea recommended by Akai became my favorites; he also took me to a local herdsman’s home to taste fresh yogurt (with honey, sweet and sour). After returning to New Zealand, I shared the photos and itinerary of this trip with friends who love hiking, and they all asked me for the customization link—if you want to explore Daocheng Yading, you must choose this company’s customized service; they will use professionalism and thoughtfulness to let you enjoy the beautiful scenery without any worries!

This day trip to the Great Wall from Beijing was the highlight of my entire trip! I chose the Mutianyu section as it's said to be less crowded, and it was true. Our guide, Lisa, was very lively and fun, teaching us some simple Chinese words like "Nihao" and "Piaoliang" on the bus. The weather was perfect for taking stunning photos. Lunch was included - a Chinese group meal. Although I was unaccustomed to eating at a round table with everyone, the food was delicious, and I tried Peking duck! The hotel pickup and drop-off were very punctual, and the van was clean. This is the best way to experience the Great Wall for tourists with limited time. Salamat po! (Thank you!)

sebagai seorang Muslimah, saya sangat merekomendasikan trip ini! Tour guide-nya sangat memahami kebutuhan kami.

As a Malaysian Chinese, I chose the Shanghai city package, and it was really worth it! The package included 3 nights at a hotel (right near Nanjing Road!), the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel, a ticket to the 118th-floor observatory of Shanghai Tower, and a day of free time. The best part was the included night cruise ticket in Pudong; the light show on both sides of the Huangpu River at night was truly breathtaking. The guide also recommended an authentic Shanghai cuisine restaurant – the soup dumplings and sweet and sour pork ribs were delicious. Communication was entirely in Chinese, which was very亲切 (familiar and warm). All tickets were arranged in advance, so we didn't have to queue at all. Highly recommended for first-time visitors to Shanghai!

Our customized itinerary in Xi'an fully met our expectations! We visited the Terracotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Muslim Street—none were missed. Our guide, Mr. Zhang, was very knowledgeable—he explained the history of the Qin Dynasty in detail and even arranged an extra calligraphy experience for us. The hotels and meals were high-end, so we didn't have to worry about quality at all. The biggest surprise was that the company prepared a birthday cake for us—so thoughtful! If you want an in-depth cultural tour, highly recommend the tailor-made service—it's absolutely worth the money.

As a traveler who loves exploring “unique cities,” Chongqing’s “8D magical terrain” has always attracted me. During this trip to Southwest China, I specially set aside a day to join this company’s Day-trips. After referring to the positive reviews on Tripadvisor, I really made the right choice! Guide Sister Chen is a native of Chongqing; she speaks fluent Chinese and simple Malay, so my Malaysian friend and I had no communication barriers. The trip started at Hongyadong. Sister Chen told us that the design of Hongyadong was inspired by Chongqing’s stilt houses, and when the lights are on at night, it looks like a scene from “Spirited Away”—we waited until evening on purpose, watching the stilt houses slowly lit up by lights under the sunset, really like stepping into an animated world! Later, we went to Liberation Monument; she explained Chongqing’s anti-Japanese war history, and took us to an old noodle shop hidden in an alley. The recommended Chongqing noodles with peanut butter were spicy and rich in flavor, much more authentic than the Chongqing noodles I ate in Malaysia! In the afternoon, when taking the Yangtze River Cableway, Sister Chen bought tickets for us in advance, avoiding the trouble of waiting in line for two hours. On the cableway, she pointed out the river view of Chongqing and the scattered high-rise buildings, letting me truly understand the meaning of “mountain city.” The biggest surprise was that she also took us to experience Chongqing’s “ear cleaning”—the tingling and numb feeling was so comfortable! The whole itinerary was compact but not rushed, with enough time to take photos and experience each attraction. Sister Chen also took group photos for us proactively and taught us how to take the best photos of Hongyadong with our mobile phones. After returning to Malaysia, I shared photos of Chongqing on Moments; many friends asked me how to arrange the itinerary, and I directly sent them the link to this Day-trips. If I come to Chongqing again next time, I want to try their Tailor Make Itinerary to explore more niche attractions in depth!

The Shanghai city package was great value! We visited the Bund, Yu Garden, Tianzifang, and even experienced the Maglev train. Our guide, Linda, was very thoughtful—she helped us avoid the crowds, so we enjoyed every attraction to the fullest. The Huangpu River cruise at night was the highlight—the night view was breathtaking. The hotel was near Nanjing Road, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The local food experience included in the itinerary was also fantastic—xiaolongbao and shengjianbao were unforgettable. The only suggestion is to add more cultural explanations, but overall we were very satisfied!
