I’ve always been obsessed with giant pandas, so a trip to Chengdu was a must for my China tour. When I searched for City Packages on Trustpilot, this company’s 4.9-star rating and detailed reviews caught my eye—many travelers mentioned “well-balanced itineraries” and “local food recommendations,” so I booked it without hesitation. The 3-day package covered all the highlights I wanted: Chengdu Panda Base, Kuanzhai Alleys, Jinli Ancient Street, and even a Sichuan Opera show.
On the first day, we went to the Panda Base early, and our guide, A Ling, told us the best spots to see pandas eating bamboo—we were lucky enough to watch a baby panda climb a tree, which was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! A Ling also explained the panda conservation efforts in China, which made me appreciate these lovely creatures even more. In the afternoon, we visited Kuanzhai Alleys; she took us to a traditional teahouse where we tried “Gaiwancha” (covered-bowl tea) and watched a Sichuan opera face-changing performance. The artist even invited me on stage to learn a simple face-changing move—it was so fun!
The food part was definitely the highlight. A Ling knew I don’t eat too spicy, so she recommended milder Sichuan dishes like “Mapo Tofu” (adjusted spice level) and “Kong Pao Chicken.” She also took us to a local night market where we tried “Sugar Painting” and “Stinky Tofu” (which was surprisingly delicious!). The itinerary was never rushed—we had enough time to wander, take photos, and immerse ourselves in the culture. I left Chengdu with a full stomach and a heart full of memories. I’ve already recommended this City Package to my family and friends in Australia—if you love pandas and good food, this is the perfect choice!

Our whole family’s blown away—Zhangjiajie’s peaks are unreal, so grand and beautiful! The kids screamed at the glass bridge, grandparents loved the views. TST team made it effortless, perfect for us all. David, our guide, was a gem—patient, funny, knew all the best spots. Thanks to TST and David for this magical family memory. We’ll cherish it forever!

What a wonderful family trip this was, and the guide was absolutely fantastic too — the explanations were rich and detailed, and the pace he set while showing us around the various attractions was just perfect. Time zipped by, and everything went exactly as we'd hoped. We picked up a lot of knowledge, and if we get the chance, we'd definitely go on another tour with this company, and we'd be more than happy to have Mike as our guide again.

As a photographer obsessed with plateau natural scenery, Western Sichuan has long been a destination I’ve longed to explore, but altitude sickness and complex route planning made me hesitant. When I saw this company’s Tailor Make Itinerary service had a 4.8-star rating on Trustpilot, with many reviews mentioning “professional handling of plateau issues,” I decided to try a customized itinerary—and this trip completely exceeded my expectations!
During the communication phase, the customer service asked in detail about my physical condition, photography needs, and dietary restrictions, and deliberately slowed down the itinerary pace: we first arrived in Chengdu to acclimate to the altitude on the first day, then headed to Kangding on the second day to avoid directly entering high-altitude areas. Guide Xiao Zhang is a native of Western Sichuan; he not only knows every niche viewing route (for example, he took me to Yuzixi Star Camp to capture the stunning Milky Way) but also prepared oxygen tanks, glucose oral liquid, and anti-altitude sickness medicine in advance. When I stopped due to mild headaches in Xinduqiao, he immediately adjusted the day’s itinerary, arranged for me to rest at a local homestay, and even made ginger tea by hand to dispel the cold.
During the trip, the food Xiao Zhang recommended was also very distinctive: the yak meat hot pot in Litang was tender and not greasy, and the highland barley cakes with butter tea in Daocheng were fragrant—completely in line with my “non-spicy, light” dietary requirements. The biggest surprise was that knowing I love shooting cultural materials, he specially took me to a local Tibetan village, and after getting the villagers’ consent, I recorded their daily lives—these photos became my most precious works this year.
After returning to Germany, I shared this trip on a photography forum with a detailed PRODUCT REVIEW, and many friends asked me for the customization link. If I want to explore western China again in the future, I will definitely choose their customized service again—professional, thoughtful, and full of details, which is exactly what German travelers value most!

Our small group tour in Yunnan was absolutely perfect! From the ancient town of Lijiang to Shangri-La's Pudacuo National Park, every spot was breathtaking. Our guide, Ms. Li, was professional and knowledgeable—she not only explained the history and culture in detail but also took us to try authentic Naxi cuisine. The group members came from different countries, but we got along like a family. The most memorable part was hiking in Tiger Leaping Gorge—it was tiring but the view was totally worth it. The itinerary was well-paced with no forced shopping. If we visit China again, we will definitely choose the same company! Thank you for letting us experience the true charm of Yunnan.

I’ve long heard about Xinjiang’s vastness and grandeur, but I was worried about the large area and inconvenient transportation, so I chose this company’s Small Group service. Unexpectedly, it became the most unforgettable part of my China trip! Our small group had 9 people, with a comfortable business car and a guide named Alim who knows Xinjiang well. Alim is Kazakh; he not only speaks fluent Chinese but also introduces local culture in English, and is very friendly to us foreign tourists.
The itinerary covered classic attractions such as Kanas Lake, Sayram Lake, and Nalati Grassland. In Kanas, Alim took us on a niche hiking route, where we saw blue lakes, golden birch forests, and snow-capped mountains in the distance—the scenery was comparable to Canada’s Rocky Mountains! He also arranged for us to stay in Kazakh yurts; in the evening, we ate pilaf and roasted buns with local herdsmen, listened to them play the dombra and sing folk songs. The lively and warm atmosphere made me feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang.
What touched me most were the details: knowing I had mild altitude sickness, Alim prepared oxygen tanks in advance; every day before departure, he would check our luggage and remind us to bring sunscreen (Xinjiang’s UV rays are really strong); when passing by fruit stalls along the way, he would bargain for us, letting us eat the freshest Hami melons and grapes. There were no mandatory consumption throughout the trip, and Alim recommended only restaurants and experience projects that locals visit.
After returning to Canada, I often look at the photos I took in Xinjiang, and every time I can’t help but sigh: “It’s so beautiful!” If I have the chance, I want to take my family to Xinjiang again, and I will definitely choose this company’s small group service—they not only took us to see the scenery but also let us step into Xinjiang’s culture and life.

The day trip to the Great Wall in Beijing was amazing! We chose Mutianyu, which was less crowded and more scenic than Badaling. Our guide, Mr. Wang, was humorous and spoke fluent English—he even helped us take lots of beautiful photos. The included农家菜 (farmhouse lunch) was delicious, especially the grilled fish and wild vegetables. Transportation was comfortable with hotel pick-up and drop-off, which saved us a lot of hassle. The only slight regret was that the time was a bit tight—wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for those who want to avoid crowds and experience the原始风光 (原始风光) of the Great Wall!
