We opted for the tailor-made service for our Xinjiang trip, and the result far exceeded our imagination! The travel consultant patiently listened to our ideas – focusing on Silk Road history, photography, and food. The itinerary they designed for us was flawless: a fascinating time in Kashgar's Old City, tasting various snacks in the bazaar; our guide was a local Uyghur, whose passion and knowledge made the journey especially vivid; the driver was experienced and drove safely on the winding Pamir Highway. They even managed to book us a hotel room with a view of the Muztagata Mountain! Every meal was carefully arranged, allowing us to try everything from Samsa, Pilaf to Dapanji. I needed to book a bullet train ticket from Shanghai to Beijing, but the 12306 website is too complicated for foreigners. Their booking service was a lifesaver! The website interface is entirely in English, and I could pay with my Visa card. I received a confirmation email with the e-ticket in less than 30 minutes, which included detailed boarding instructions in Chinese and English, telling me how to enter the station and find the platform. I could even contact customer service via WeChat if I had questions, and they replied quickly. The ticket price plus a small service fee is much better than the hassle of doing it myself. Highly recommended to all Southeast Asian friends traveling independently in China!

(For reference) I joined a small group tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong in Sichuan. Our guide, Tanaka-san (a local Chinese who spoke fluent Japanese!), gave very clear explanations, teaching us in detail about the scenic highlights and geological formations. The brilliantly blue and clear "haizi" lakes of Jiuzhaigou were breathtakingly beautiful. For lunch, we experienced Tibetan home cooking and received very warm hospitality. As the tour was conducted in Japanese, we could understand all the nuances and felt comfortable asking questions. Even during the transfers, we had lively conversations about Japanese culture, making it a fun trip that ended in no time. I will definitely use this service again when I visit China next time.

I’ve always dreamed of seeing Guilin’s karst mountains and Li River, so when I planned my China trip, I knew a Small Group Day-trip here was a must. I checked Trustpilot first—this company had dozens of positive reviews talking about “breathtaking views” and “caring guides,” so I booked without hesitation. And it was the best choice! Our group had 8 people, small enough that the guide, Lucy, could pay attention to everyone. We started with a Li River bamboo raft ride at dawn—the mist over the mountains was like a painting, and Lucy pointed out shapes in the karst peaks, like a sleeping elephant and a floating lotus. It was magical! Then we went to Yangshuo West Street, but instead of just letting us wander, Lucy took us to a local tea house where we tried osmanthus tea and learned about Guilin’s tea culture. For lunch, she recommended a family-run restaurant with stir-fried bamboo shoots and Li River fish—fresh and delicious, nothing like the tourist traps I’d feared. In the afternoon, we visited Moon Hill, and Lucy even helped me take photos with the “moon hole” in the hill—she knew all the best angles! The trip wasn’t rushed at all; we had time to sit by the river and just enjoy the quiet beauty. I left Guilin with a heart full of peace, and I’ve already told all my friends back in the UK to book this day-trip if they go to China. It’s not just a tour—it’s an experience you’ll never forget!
